It’s called “ Going Down “ and it’s a whopping 8 mins long. This time round we recorded the guitars and vocals at our music room in Dezernat 16, fuelled by Katha’s delicious coffee in the Leitstelle. We’re still debating whether or not it will an EP or LP. We have enough songs. Four of them are from the same short period of time and we were lucky to have our super talented buddy Rolf Breyer on bass . Drummer/multi instrumentalist and producer Daniel Kminek joined the mix we were so impressed by his clean , crisp drum work (seemingly rocky by our standards) . We had been gigging a little in 2022 with our old drummer friend Steff Bollack but due to schedule problems it didn’t work out. So we were very happy when Daniel Kminek found the time and stepped into the breach. In the end with Manu’s recording and Daniel’s painstaking work on the production we ended up with 4 songs that despite being quite different in theme and form hung together just like a Quadriptych or 4 elements/ parts combining to make one whole work. That’s our story and we’re sticking to it. You can have a sneak listen over the next couple of days. Time to start playing live again too. I

I am still hoping this will happen. We have a great show planned and of course we want to showcase our new single and what better place to do it than in our favourite Cafe. Singer songwriter Patrick Rose (Köln) will play a set and Jaime Ramirez (HD) will create some of his stunning live visuals. The Song is King in the form of Manu Stegmüller, Rolf Breyer and myself will perform a set which will include our new single and a bunch of other songs from the upcoming album. All in all it looks as if we will have a chilled yet hopefully musically arresting afternoon. I will keep you updated. Merry Crimbo!
